9.30am Croissants and Collusion Breaking
“The Dance of Non-Challenge”, the Collusion of Mediocrity was introduced to acclaim at Brighton’s own Catalyst Club in 2005, and then again in 2006. The collusion of mediocrity is a powerful and fatalistic, yet somehow positive take on why soceity, organisations and artistic work can tend towards mediocrity.
An ideal session for managers, leaders, facilitators, trainers and change agents who are interested in impactful, authentic and lasting change and improvement in individuals, organisations and society.

Here we cram a half-day creativity workshop in ten-minutes. This short session brought the house down at the Brighton Science Festival in 2007, and then generated all kinds of ideas for putting up a new and better house in its place!
A very usable, drop-in session for busy managers, leaders, facilitators and trainers, and anyone who’d like to put some creative thinto solving a problem. Very nickable for workshops and meetings.
11.30am - 1pm - The Real Art of Facilitation - moving beyond mediocrity
A mini-workshop that offers the essential wisdom and practices or workshops that do not descend into nice and safe mediocrity but really get to grips with an agenda for change.
Ideal inspiration for business leaders, managers, trainers and facilitators
2pm-4pm Open Space Technology - the next frontier Details and booking here.
Kerry Napuk and colleagues, well established open space wise folk and leaders in the field (founders of OpenSpace UK) take over the space (with our blessing) and share some experimental work. This is a one-off must for all those interested in emergent, agenda-free meeting processes that truly rely on participant-ownership and spontaneous change and improvement.
